This has a higher rating than HSM3?!

I haven't seen this movie and i don't plan to. But from the few clips i've witnessed i just don't see how this has got a higher rating than HSM3. Even though both films ratings are low i think HSM3 deserves a much higher rating than this. I've seen about 3 of the song sequences and they've made me want to cry. Any explanations apart from people just liked this better and if they did, why?

Tell you what... truth is, sometimes I miss you so bad I can hardly stand it...

No worries...the total number of voters for Camp Rock was only about 1/3 of that of HSM3. Anyways, even with the high ratings they can't make a sequel or do anything further without the support of consumers. Like if enough people, even if they didn't vote, won't buy the soundtracks or the dolls or whatever...the whole future of 'Camp Rock' is pretty much history.
