The lack of safe tethering had me saying wtf?
shareYeah, that was ridiculous. Literally one slip of the hand on a rail and you are out to space with NO chance of getting back to the ship. Tethering is extremely important in space walks, and you must be tethered 100% of the time or else you will likely make a mistake and float away.
