A pretty weak script, some good moments, lots of plot devices and plotholes. E Moss turned in an Oscar worthy performance though. Felt more like Hollow Man than Invisible Man.

Why... yes it is! The general consensus is that it delivers the goods in a big way, after all. Now you could feel similarly to the OP and be unimpressed by it, but most people (negative critics on movie boards like these notwithstanding) think that it is, in fact, a very good film. But, providing it doesn’t impress you as much as it did many others, the film is definitely not a time waster.

Damn fine film.

I liked it.
Lead actress carried the whole film on her shoulders
Some good scares

Yeah I know my 80 yo Mom loved it too. To me it was a disappointment.
