How n what is the suit made of

It's made of science fiction.

Without getting into all the complexities the suit consists of a large number of small camera cum display units. The footage being recorded at the back of the suit is being displayed at the front and vice versa all around. So no matter which direction you are looking from the footage in your line of sight just behind the suit is being recorded and displayed at the front of the suit.

Here is a cool video on 10 existing invisibility cloak technology. None of them involves camera and display. Most of the decent ones seem to involve some kind of light bending phenomenon in them.
