why was it cut down from 12 epps to 4 ?
hi i was just told there was 12 parts made but it was chopped down to 4 any one know why,?

When BBC was involved a few years ago, it was going to be 12 parts. When Channel 4 decided to do it, the script was cut down to just 4 episodes. As far as I know there were only those 4 parts made. I'm sure there were some scenes cut which could end up on the DVD.

ahh rite so they properly didn't make 12 then. yeah i wonder what deleted bits there will be although i was disappointed with the extras on dead set. i was expecting broadcasterble gore.
