I have written on various occasions that I think Jennifer was miscast since she's a sex-bomb, which makes her not very credible for the role.
I found this in a review by Robbie Collin on Telegraph.co.uk, so I wasn't wrong, after all.
Russell’s camera spends the entire film furtively ogling her hindquarters like a pervert on a busy train, and she deserves better.
Interesting, and I'm saying this as someone who completely enjoyed the movie and Jennifer herself.
