Avoid watching this film *SPOLIERS*

After just finishing watching this tripe I am very surprised this project was even greenlight to be made! Even the classic cartoon from the 1960's is better than this! (and that is saying a lot) Intro credits for those that don't remember the original cartoon series.

The characters from the 1960's cartoon series (Newton, Pegasus, Tewt, Daedalus, Murtis (aka The Mask of Vulcan) Wilhemine the Sea Witch) could have only helped to improve this atrocity! This film was ripping off so many other films and genres I gave up and lost count. The fight sequences rip off 300 as far as visual effects go. Gladiator combat with no blood?? Only two visual feats of strength with the scene of the killing of the lion (Nemean lion) but such poor quality effects and short scene. The other scene was where Hercules was chained between two stone pillars in what appears to be an archway. Hercules breaks free using his super strength? Then proceeds into a one-sided 300 style fight scene against some guards.

Do yourselves a favour and spend your time either watching the Disney version or the TV series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys with Kevin Sorbo.
