Testudo??

Hercules calls for the Testudo formation while fighting in Egypt. Unfortunately, Testudo is latin for Tortoise.

While the Greeks had the same formation, "Khelônê" is the Greek term.

Minor nitpick in the "grand Scheme of laughability" that is this movie, just surprised no-one has mentioned this before.

To be fair though, they were speaking English throughout instead of Greek. So an English speaker might say "Testudo formation" since it's the more commonly known vernacular.

I did say minor nitpick

So in English, he should've called "Tortoise" then right?

Haha, sure!

He would have been better off saying "Testiculo"...it would have made about as much sense since Kellan Lutz speaking is like Paris Hilton trying to look smart!
