Shold make a Sun Records movie...

I wasn't a huge fan of this film, I thought all the facts were badly researched, and the timeline was non-existant, but I would like more films like this, ie. a bio-pic not on any one artist but many artists.
What I'd really like to see is a movie on Sun Records. It could start off with Ike Turner and Jackie Brenston recording "Rocket 88" go through Elvis, Johnny Cash, and maybe end with the Jerry Lee Lewis scandal. If done well I think it would be the best film about blues, and the creation of rock & roll. Of course I'd also like to see a movie about Robert Johnson, maybe mixing the real story with legend, ie selling his soul to the devil..

dont forget roy orbison and the genious that is carl perkins...id like to see charlie feathers make a small apperance also as he had a brief stint at sun as a session musician before he changed label to KING. but so many acts to work with in a movie about sun, i dont know how it hasnt been done.

There was a Broadway musical called "Million Dollar Quartet" about the session with Elvis,Jerry Lee Lewis,Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash. Also the PBS Sun Records special done some years ago.
