What if it had been any other book? Pt. 2

Upon further pondering after my recent re-watch, I delved into a new realm of internal questioning.
So, it was the King James Bible that was used in this story (SPOILERS—as dictated by Eli in the end).
But what if it had been any other “Good Book” that Eli was carrying?
Like the Torah?
Or the Quran?
Or Hindu scripture?
Would it matter?
Could the point of the film still come across?
Would this film even be made if it had been any other religious text?

Does anyone else out there have similar ponderings when it comes to this film?

Because of how Braille works in real life it'd have been funny if Solaris' mother had read the braille book to Carnagie and it turned out to be one book of the old testament.
"King James Bible Volume 20 Habackuck."
"What? Habackuck?"
"Yes. It's one volume of the entire Braille Bible. You couldn't have possibly fit the entire bible in a single Braille book."
"So I ended up with just one book of the bible!? It's useless! Dammit! That Bastard Eli tricked me!"
