Question about Ending - Spoilers
So, at the end, is James doing us all a favor and killing himself? Is that why he went back to the deserted resort and sat in the rain?
He either felt too ashamed to go back home, thought there was nothing back home to return to or wanted to carry on his new lifestyle. He'd been through a lot, and it had changed him.
