hollywood schlockmeisters have no shame, but thats no shock. even good filmmakers make horrific remakes. they remade tampopo with brittany murphy LMFAO! and soderbergh for some reason thought he could remake solaris. WTF!?! soderbergh is good, but tarkovsky is a master well beyond anyone making films today! ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

shareLet's stop criticizing the movie before it has been released. I am not supporting nor bashing the remake; however, what should be focused on is what would make the movie good. Aside from it not being made because those comments I have heard.

what about the farces that were ROLLERBALL and PLANET OF THE APES remakes. Anything to make a fast buck i guess.
