It is really hard being patient waiting for new updates with this.

Suspiria is definitely my favorite movie. It's one of the reasons why I've come to love films so much. I heard there was going to be a remake a few years ago and I've been oh so curious to see if: A) it actually happens and B) if it captures that atmosphere and ambience that I love so much about the original.

This movie turned me on to Jessica Harper who has become one of my favorite actresses (Phantom of the Paradise is amazing and The Evictors was fun too.) so I was really nervous to see who played Suzy this go round. I'm pleasantly surprised at their choice but of course don't know if she will be good or not, I'm just glad they seem to be keeping a similar look to her.

Although I have been severely disappointed with the other bad remakes of some of my other favorite horror films, this is a film I hold close to my heart and I'm just so excited that it is getting attention in any way even if it's for a new version. I check imdb almost everyday just to see if there is anything new being released. It finally seems like it's going to get made and I've just got my fingers crossed that it's at least half as good as the 1977 film!

I seriously can't wait to see something from this!
