how did Kable persudade Castle to kill himself?

Castle said it himself. Whatever he thinks about, Kable has to do. Kable just made him think about Kable killing him. It's the ultimate reverse psychology.

reply

Castle's disdain for Kable was that he secretly envied and feared him, hence Kable used that fear against him.

Hm, but i was led to believe that his player had some role in it too. Since he sent Kable his final commands, averting the slaying of his daughter by his own hand. The player got his access from Trace and the reporter, and then you clearly see him strained with effort over the knife in his kinect-like environment. The question is, whose idea was to use reverse psych on Castle? Kable or Player?
I mean, a smart guy like that with a big brain set only to send commands.. that was the best move to be made, because of his ego and all, he expected an assault from without, but not from within, and once his imagination got started and fear escalated, it was over. I mean, he was fit and had some Capoeira, but was ultimately a ballerina when compared to Kable.
So, nice move, but who pulled it?
Also, why did his wife and daughter regain movement only after the stab?
Did Castle extend control over them, or did he just shut their limbs down?
He should have just kept his mind blank and focused, but i guess that's kinda hard when you're meleeing against Leonidas.

Kable was the ultimate soldier and tactical killing machine. He was in a prison of death inmates and they all feared him.

Only Terry Crews as the literally psychotic black dude was crazy enough to actually fight him.

Kable's strength and power in the games was his singular focus, which was enabled due to his love and desire for his wife and child. He wanted to see them again, he was fighting for MORE than freedom. He was fighting for love.

That's why he couldn't be defeated in combat.

Only Leguizamo another inmate had a suspicion of what really drove Kable. (Maybe cause he shared it?)

Kable could have easily led a group of hardened criminals. But Castle could only control them through technology.

Castle was never in danger because he controlled Kable mentally. Only when this control was interrupted by the player controlling Kable was he an inch from getting a knife stabbed into him. So there was a 'stalemate'. Neither controller could take full control of Kable.

So when Kable looked into Castles eyes and TOLD HIM WHAT TO DO, to imagine the knife stabbing him, Castle being inferior and fearing Kable, did what he was told. Castle had a secret death wish, (inferiority complex?) and Kable obliged him.

Hope your not going to start stalking me. I'm sorry about the Inception rectum joke.

I had just thought of the whole Inception = Insemination?, wank job, and screw you angle of the film. Like he was intentionally playing us for fools. I shouldn't have addressed you specifically. I just didn't like the movie.

I'm not stalking you, I was watching this on TV, and sorry for calling you a "douche".

Douche like behavior warrants such name calling.

Also changed my mind about Inception, brilliant premise, but flawed execution. Now that I understand it, I don't feel cheated anymore.

I imagined that it's like when someone tells you not to think about something, and you do it anyway. Hearing words will almost inherently make you think about that.

For example, I could do this:

Cows grazing in the field, eating grass.

Now I bet a lot of you who weren't just skimming this message at least sort of imagined a cow in a field, eating grass, simply as a result of reading those words. Same deal with Kable and Castle. In fact, Castle was probably trying NOT to think about upon the verbal prompt from Kable, and the easiest way to end up thinking about something too much is to try not to do so.

This, but Kable made Castle think about CASTLE killing the opponent (Kable). And since whatever Castle thinks Kable will do, KABLE killed the opponent (Castle).

Put it this way. You have the intention to kill the other guy. You think about stabbing that knife into the guy in front of you. BAM! Kable followed that command, killing Castle. Kable did not persuade Castle to "kill himself" but rather, told Castle to attack (and thus will also cause Kable to attack). Since Kable is physically stronger, he won.

Kable basically says "Look at this knife" (the one they're both fighting over atm "imagine what it would look like if I (Kable) stuck this knife into your (Castle) gut."

Castle thinks it, and which inadvertently causes Kable to execute that thought.

Basically think of when someone says to you "Hey! Don't Laugh!" but you find yourself wanting to laugh anyway. Well, similar thing happened to Castle and it allowed Kable to gain the upper hand.
