I just remember hearing about this awhile back because of Sara Polley's involvement with writing and was excited to see it. The first episode was good, but I found it to be a bit slow in the first half of the episode. I'm only hoping that the episode's get better. With the popularity of Atwood's other work getting made as a series I wouldn't be surprised if this gets picked up by an American channel.

I loved it as well when I did finish it. Such a good story.

Only thing I didnt like was the doctors state and that they never saw each other again.

What do you mean about the doctor's state?

I meant his physical state from coming back from the war. He was a mess.

The doctor had some form of PTSD.
