Most of them were way off. Like the scene where Victor asks the big dude to follow the accountant. What he actually said was:
"Yuri is a man who had nothing. It's hard to achieve something [or be successful]. He's smart. Only one thing can stop him. A woman. This woman has become a problem. I don't like her. I don't trust her. I want you to follow this snake, ok?"
Compare it to the translation used and you'll see.
Oh I see lol. I didn't notice that before. Do you mean how long it takes to translate? I'm a fluent Russian speaker, so just the time it takes to type it.
Ignore the rudeness of this guy, Skatrdude19. I thought it was very thoughtful of you to make the correct translation, which WASN'T in the trivia or goofs section. Then for him to come back at you again telling you you're too slow when it was his error in pointing out where the included verbiage was. Obviously, he wants to pick a fight. He should have rather enjoyed your erudition and absorbed the actual translation as you've been so kind to instruct us in. All in all, I really appreciate your entry and learned from it, rather than searching for picayune points to pester people with.
I watched this on cable last night, and there were no subtitles, so I had absolutely no idea what the Russians were supposed to be saying in the first place.
I think you misread the guy - I didn't think he was being rude. "How long does it take to translate" sounds abrupt in print but I don't think it was meant that way. (The OP didn't seem offended either)
