At the end, when Archy gives Johnny the painting he says, "it did cost a very wealthy Russian an arm and a leg."

Is he implying that he killed Uri, or how much trouble the painting was for Uri?

I was never sure about that.

Because Uri was thinking he was the boss and my impression was archy is now the boss and didn't want competition.

Presuming he killed Uri however its hard to say if Stella was saved prior to this.
