I'll probably never watch this movie again.
I knew what the true story was. I avoided watching the movie, but finally succumbed when it came on tv. It was heart wrenching. I cried, needless to say. And thought about the movie for days.
It was so torturous for me that I will probably never watch it again. It was too painful.
It also gets me angry that someone didn't take the dog in and MAKE him stay inside and divert his attention. Or let him see the man was dead. Dogs are pretty smart. They know death when they see it and smell it.
So sad. Which means this was a great movie, when it has the desired effect.
