Why is this a good movie?

Why do you think the movie is bad or good?

I think the movie is good because it's about loyalty. In today's world there aren't too many people who are loyal anymore. That's one reason why you don't see people having children as much, getting married as much - but they have dogs - their dogs are their family because they don't fear disloyalty from them.

This movie is a wake up that we all need to be loyal to people we care about - if a dog can do it, why can't we?

That was the line the kid said about not giving up on people you once cared about. This could be estranged parents or children, friends etc.

It's good because I cried my eyes out watching this movie. I never do that... it's so saaaddd ;-;

I think it's a good film because it shows the benefits and strengths of friendships. Despite the sadness it was also a very positive film.

It is a great film because it strikes a chord for those of us who remain devoted to our loved ones after they are gone, regardless of whether they were human or animal.

because it changed the way I see things, because it revealed the divine nature of love. One of the most touching stories ever.

Agreed. It's interesting - there are many movies about animals or about robots (movies like Her and Bicentennial Man). They are non-human but in these stories they show more human virtue than man.

Are we becoming less human while the animals and machines we love are becoming more human?

"it revealed the divine nature of love." Many say love is just in word, no, love is action. Love comes from God's character.
