blu ray help!

I want to get this movie on blu ray (I'm a completist when it comes to my favorite directors)

is it worth it to get the Grindhouse 2 movie set or to get the blu-rays for each film separately? I'm asking in terms of special features/AV quality. some advice would be very appreciated! thank you

Truthfully. I'd get them separately.

I bought the Grindhouse Version (Together, instead of separately) and am pretty disappointed with it.

The Unrated Versions of the Films, (Which are only available in the Individual Releases) in this version, now have a "Missing Reel" track where certain scenes used to be.

The Special Features are truthfully just about the same as the Individual Releases as well.

I am going to be purchasing the individual versions soon, as it sucks that I have the "Incomplete" Theatrical Version of the Film.

No offense, but why would you buy the Grindhouse and expect the unrated versions? You got exactly what you paid for. The Grindhouse double feature as seen in theaters. Which had the missing reel in place of the lap dance.

I actually didn't buy it. I got it as a Christmas Gift a few years back. And I didn't realize the difference of unrated version with the added missing reels vs the theatrical without the scenes. Partially because I never saw this in theaters. The only version I ever saw was the unrated version after the release, and I didn't know this was the unrated version, I thought it was the theatrical. All is good now though. I have the grindhouse films separated and unrated. Now, that I fully know the difference.

Get the separate blu-ray of this movie, it's about 30 minutes longer and just a really great movie that deserves your full attention.
