Man, I know! I loved the car chase scene but I felt so bad for that amazing car! Being wrecked like that (and probably not just one either), such a terrible end for such a legendary car.

They actually wrecked heaps of them (6 each charger, challenger and Nova).

Yes Hollywood loves to wreck beautiful old cars. It's a lot cooler to have a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Challenger chase than a Toyota Corolla and a Honda Accord, so that's another reason we car lovers cringe every time they wreck a cool old car. Check out the film 'Drive Angry', they used some leftover Chargers from Death Proof for their film.
