Different Takes Used?

I've had the DVD of the extended cut for several years...

One of my favorite lines is when Stuntman Mike is giving Pam a lift, and asks her which way she is going... Eventually he tells her... "...I'm afraid you're going to have to start getting scared...IMMEDIATELY".

He says IMMEDIATELY like he is all happy about that... which makes it kind of scary, but in the cool way Stuntman Mike normally talks.

I finally saw the Grindhouse Cut today after purchasing the Blu-ray.

There seems to be a different take of the scene...

Stuntman Mike says IMMEDIATELY in a much more emotionless and flat tone. I did not find it as thrilling... It lost it's impact.

I knew that "Reels" were missing in the Grindhouse Cut, but I did not know that different takes were used... I did not catch any others...

Has anyone else noticed other takes used in the two versions of the film?
