They should bring Jack back again

He was the most interesting and real person on the show this season. I know he got a little gruff towards his date at the end, but he was just being honest to her in return. If she wasn't interested in him at all, why would she even go in the hot tub?

His date would have run away screaming!! and he wants a woman like "Julia"?? Please!

At first I didn't mind him but he handled that rejection terribly.

Nope. Some guys are blue-collar gruff with a heart of gold beating beneath the layers; some guys are just pricks. Jack is the latter. I grew up in a blue-collar town in Eastern Ohio around plenty of both.
