I haven't watched this show in a few years and caught the Dina Lohan episode last night. Has Patti gotten a nose job recently? If so, it seems to have changed the pitch of her voice to a higher pitched minny mouse-like character. Is it just me? I could be wrong, or cruel, but there definitely seemed to be a change in her presentation. She also seemed a lot more ass-kissy than she had been in the past

However, once the show turned into the "hey, you're on a Bravo show, how about you come on this show and Patti pretends to be best friends with you and you can also promote the other shows on Bravo", Patti definitely started to be a lot nicer (aka sucking up) to her "clients". And in my opinion she changed from trying to find her clients the best possible match and love to trying to find her clients the biggest bank roll and if they were lucky, maybe love as well.
