How many times have you watched this movie?

I lost count, though to be honest I wasn't really counting.

I've seen it about only 4 or 5 times, but every time I see it, something big happens in my romantic life which is really strange.

I watched it for the 15th time last night. So on average I watch it three times per year and it seems to get better and better every time.

At least 25. And I watch my favorite scenes often. You're right--each viewing seems to change me slightly, despite the fact that I know it so well. I never get desensitized, and that's one of many reasons I love it.

I liked your reflections. There are a few movies that change me as a person every time I watch; the act of watching them is almost sacred to me. 500 Days of Summer is more like a mirror. It says something true about me that I don't want to admit, and it says something true about love that I really don't want to admit. I've only seen it a couple of times for that reason. Obviously it left an impression on me.
