To anyone who is grossed out....

Listen up people...if you think that the things that go on in the kitchen when Guy is there are nasty then you prob shouldn't eat out...I have worked in many kitchens, all small diners and never large chains. I have never been made to wear gloves or a hair net. The waitresses hands are always in your food, if you order french fries, you can garentee that they have stolen at least one of them off of your plate before delivering it to you. Some places have even let employees smoke in the kitchen while cooking...The small diner food is what everyone loves but they don't follow the rules like most. I will also say that all of the places I have worked are spotless..never bugs or small fury animals scurying about, no mold or nasty things like that.
