Help please! Similar type of show

I'm trying to remember the name of a program that was similar in production to BUA/LUA.

It was presented in a similar story-led reconstruction format, but concerned individuals/couples abroad, coming up against corruption.

There was an episode where a (n interracial?) couple opened a bar but a local competitor didn't want them there, and also wanted their expensive sound system, and they had religious artefacts left around their premises to scare them off.

Another episode concerned a businessman in Russia(?), refusing to act corrupt in his dealings, and was threatened with the gulag IIRC...

Anyone familiar with this?

I am thinking that it may also have been a Channel 5 (UK) show.
