Women's Prisons

Most of the episodes I saw, that focus on women going to a foreign prison for drug smuggling develop a strong bond the other prisoners. Ofcourse, they have to endure the same awful surroundings, but their safety does not appear to be in jeopardy.

I remember the episode about the two AMerican girls that served time in a Peruvian prison. One of the girls, actually went back to visit the prison. Some of the other women learn, the language, culture, etc...

How accurate do you think this is. There has to be some violence, and or some unwanted advances by the CO's



South American and Latin American Prisoners are worse than US prisons for men. But, it would appear to be that South American and Latin American Prisoners are better for women atleast as far as fighting and safety is concerned.
