A lot of my friends say this episode is the best one yet. It just hit you tube, so most people have not seen it.
shareI agree, just saw this episode and yes it had so many twists and turns you couldn't make it up!!!... the only thing that stuck me though is, isn't the guy a fugitive from Chilean justice? shouldn't he be extradited??? might be that there is a statute of limitations which has expired but...,

There is a lot more to this story that would not fit in the hour tv show. Tom eventually makes it back to California at the same time as a Chilean hit squad, car bombed a diplomat in Washington DC. Since they were already in the USA, They then sent two members of the assassination team after Tom. The attempt failed and one of them was lost and presumed to have died in the foray.
The car bombers were eventually caught and prosecuted, much to the chagrin of the Chilean military government. They wanted anything and everything tied to the bombing, to be forgotten. Thus no extradition of Tom was ever initiated or ever will be. The last thing they want is for the body of their paid killer to suddenly appear.
