But I don't think that all other countries don't also have their share of idiots.

Yeah, anyone who says that and means it (This may have been tongue in cheek) obviously shows there are dumb people from their respective country as well. I would have put it much more accurately as...people are dumb.

Charming guy tells girls he wants them to bring 'something' back from Columbia, 'everybody does it all the time', 'Don't worry, we won't get caught, etc. Yeah, a lot of them are either out for thrills, some are greedy, some spoiled people thinking they could get away with anything and some are just plain stupid. No, the stupid part seems to run with all of them.
