Saudi Religious Police

In the episode on the KSA, they mention how the Saudi Religious Police thought a man was a homosexual, so they raped him. What the Hell? How does that make any sense? You'd figure raping a man is also prohibited in their religion/nation.

Rape is less (little) about sexual orientation, and more about power/control - so I guess that is realized, and punishment isn't considered a relationship.

Also, it could be a case of "thou doth protest too much" and so forth.
