Great score, I don't think that has been pointed out enough. I particularly love the music that plays during the scene when Strobl begins his escort assignment. And as has been noted many times, Kevin Bacon delivered a superb performance.

You do very well pointing this out. The most superb part of the soundtrack is at the beginning of Strobl's escort to Dubois.
