Alia Shawkat doesn't say a word in this movie

She has plenty of screen time but not one line spoken. Why is that?

If you give up now you leave me alone, I would never do that to you!

I don't know for sure, but I figure it might have something to do with Jackie Fox (who Alia Shawkat was supposed to be portraying) not wanting to be associated with the movie. Maybe they thought it was best to just downplay her character as much as possible rather than risk portraying her in a way that Jackie Fox wouldn't like.

I like her. That was sad.
She was portraying a fake, made-up character, loosely based on Jackie Fox, who, as has been stated above, doesn't want to get her name involved (at first I was mad at her, now I agree, why should someone portray her, if Lita and Sandy had less screen time than Marie Currie?

Please excuse my terrible redaction, english is not my native language.
