my summary of the movie. can you tell me if i'm right?

spoilers!!

let me see if i understand this movie please:

i am going to call the characters:
cute guy
evil guy
dog poo guy
oliva
fermat

cute guy likes oliva so tells her he has almost solved Goldbach's Conjecture to impress her. it works and they date. but he was bluffing and therefore secretly trashes his own room to buy more time. the media publishes the delay. evil guy reads about it and calls cute guy to find out if this is true. oliva answers the phone and evil guy and oliva speak. evil guy ends up inviting oliva on his boat where illegal things occur. (my opinion is group sex). cute guy eventually thinks oliva is cheating on him and they break up.

meanwhile, in a separate storyline, dog poo guy is driving to pick up his boss for a meeting. the car smells and he realizes he has dog poo on his shoe. he puts his shoe in the glove compartment and accidentally hits a girl with his car. he admits he hestitated before slamming the brake because he didn't want to put his sock on the brake pedal that still had dog poo on it. the girl he hit is fermat's daughter and she's in a coma.

evil guy wants to kill cute guy because evil guy worked many years on Goldbach's conjecture and couldn't stand that some young guy was going to solve it first. he invited fermat and dog poo guy as well. his plan was to frame fermat for the killings. he thought the police would think fermat's motive would be killing dog poo guy for putting fermat's daughter in a coma. (what would the police think that fermat's motive was in killing cute guy and oliva though?)

i'm still not quite sure why evil guy wanted to kill oliva though. anyone know?

am i pretty accurate in my summary? all suggestions are welcome.
