How did Hilbert know about Pascal running over Fermat's daughter? It seemed Pascal never went to jail over the incident.
Also, Oliva didn't seem to recognize Hilbert at first. Considering their seamy background why was she so calm around him?
Galois didn't seem to recognize Hilbert either although later on he claims to have heard of him.
And why were Oliva and Galois kissing when they seemed to have such a troubled background, with Galois breaking off their relationship in the past due to his suspicions of her infidelity?
