British Columbian Supreme Court rules against polygamy

The case was famous because it used same sex marriage as a precedent. Interesting that in their ruling the court cited that polygamy puts women and children at risk. This is exactly what same sex marriage supporters have said for years.

Now everyone against same sex marriage please read this and shut up!

In countries where same-sex marriage is legal, polygamy is illegal. In countries where polygamy is legal, same sex marriage is illegal, and homosexuality is usually illegal too. The only exception is South Africa, which probably owes more to its unique history than anything else.
