No mention of People's Temple??
The film even begins with his recording on November 18, 1978.
And at the end they even mention "grape Kool-Aid", which was odd
You cheesy lot of second hand electric donkey-bottom biters!

I know what brand it was. It appears that Milk didn't, as he chose Kool-Aid as a tribute to the Jonestown victims in real life.

One giant pet peeve of mine is that people think the term"drinking the kool aid" is a reference to Jonestown....it's not, it's actually a reference to the Kesey kool aid acid tests.
shareWhy should it? The movie An American Crime doesn't mention them, either, and that took place when they were still in Indianapolis.
