Should have been called: 4 The Fast, 4 The Furious
Sounds better an goes better with the series.
shareHonestly, they should've changed up the title a bit. Something - ANYTHING - other than just taking out the "the's" from the first film.
The official title of the sixth film is "Fast and Furious 6." Makes it sound like Fast & Furious is the first installment. Even "Fast and Furious 4" (which is what it essentially has become) would've been fine.
With the last movie being Fast Five, I think part 6 should've been Furious Six or something different.

I honestly expected six to be called Furious 6. I was shocked when it wasn't.

If you see the movie, that's actually the title that comes up on screen.

weirdly it actual is called FURIOUS 6. when the opening credits finish in the begining. I honestly got super major excited when i seen the actaul FILM TITLE. idk why commercials, posters, imdb, and ticket stubs still have FAST & FURIOUS 6. Hell FAST FIVE is called FAST & FURIOUS 5 now on the imdb.
