Um... How did Brian get Dom's car back?

Didn't Dom's "car with a curse" explode in the border tunnel? Dom was on the wrong side of the tunnel and realized that he'd have to bail or crash, so he opened his door and jumped into another car (it was a weird olive green color with "F Bomb" written on it). His car hit the wall and caused the explosion in the tunnel. And yet, a few scenes later, Brian's driving what looks like the exact same car on the way to rescue Dom. How the *beep* did he salvage that thing?

This could totally be my not recognizing that they're actually completely different cars, but they looked the same to me.

I don't remember seeing the car in Fast Five, though, and wouldn't Brian have given it back to Dom? Unless they sold it because it was too conspicuous, lol.

I agree, that scene at the end was silly. Since the Brian character stuck by driving imports over American muscle. He should have been driving that orange Supra again.

well he did drive the dodge's in fast 5 after all??

he just leans towards his imports most usually of course. mia could have drove the charger at the end of this movie but i think a girl driving a BIG V8 might have seemed a bit much. im sure a few might not been bothered by it though.

i myself would take the muscle cars but that's just me.

& Brian's plan was to flip the bus over - an import wouldn't have succeeded, according to the film, Dom's Charger is so sturdy it's pretty much undestroyable.. so I guess perfect to flip a bus over.

yep you pretty much just summed it up right there. the car with the most weight and body was better for the stunt and of course the best driver of them was brian so he was the one to pull it off. excellent in the process.

I dont think its the same car just another version of that model. Like whenever one gets trashed they buy that same model again and hook it up like the old one
