Thios may sound like a stupid question but whydid Letty not just jump on to the ground from the tanker, rather than trying to get on to Torreto's car ?.

Exactly. I wondered the same thing. She was supposed to be so tough, but the truck driver could do it and she couldn't. She was a pussy.
