She can hear him talk on the windshield going 65mph+ and closed windows?

So Cameron Diaz who is trying to stop a speeding car with a dead man driving AT LEAST 65mph and the windows are rolled up, but we're supposed to believe she can hear Tom Cruise laying on the windshield?

Obviously they cannot hear each other in that situation. He was just assuring her. That's why he was talking with mouth and hand constantly. i.e. pointing towards the door and appreciating the dress. He knew she won't hear a word. He just wanted to calm her down.

Out of all the unrealities in this movie, THATS the one that bothered you the most??

Exactly what I was thinking. I enjoyed the movie, bit there were some crazy things to believe. Escapism, I guess.

After Cruise jumps from various moving vehicles going in various directions, I guess at that point anything is possible. I don't think much of this movie was meant to be taken seriously. Cruise seemed to be having fun with a lot of the over the top stunts and action.

It's hilarious because a lot of the time he's calm and is not trying to speak as loudly as he could...and he's chatting with her about other things...and he's acting like it's not that urgent that the car they're on/in could crash into something.

Pretty much all the implausibility in this movie is intentional.

Her car and the oncoming cars were passing each other at about 40-50mph. That means they were each going 25mph.

The kiddies always gotta have something to complain about.
