Honestly one of cruises worst films. It may be entertaining but the script is written by a 10 year old. This is typical hollywood crap that blonde woman and easily entertained people will eat up and write crap like "ohhh my gosh, this movie was amaaazing" because clearly their movie taste restrains them to cheesy rom com flicks.
This movie is a 5/10

I tend to be bored by formulaic movies that are more interested in how many things they can blow up than any kind of plot or character development (although I don't object to blowing things up in movies with a good plot and engaging characters) so I can understand a certain amount of disdain for such things. But your digs at blond women and people you seem to think are less intelligent than you are are just unnecessarily mean spirited.
Oh and her character is meant to be a little irritating at first. Until (1) you figure out it's a romp winking at those very same stereotypical characters and (2) she gets a chance to grow and prove herself.
I'm sorry you didn't like it but it isn't necessary to be insulting towards people who did.
