Watchable.
I mean, it helps if you like McCarthy's schtick (which I do, to be honest).
Otherwise, Jason Bateman is the stand-out performance.
It was okay.
I agree 100%. Bateman could just stand there and do nothing and I would enjoy him and his sarcasm. The movie was silly but funny enough to give it an OK rating.
shareOctavia Spencer was diabolical, maybe she was phoning it in or maybe she had the worst of what was already a not too funny script but she took me out of the film because everything was so flat, not deadpan but barely conscious.
I turned the film off halfway rarely do that ever the shitest films i see through to the end but this got on my nerves
