If a chubby, unattractive girl was given Banks's part and a sexy guy, like Jame Franko was given Rogen's part?
James Franco? No, nobody from the Apatow crew! It was totally unecessary for Smith to work with any of those clowns, they got their hands in everything comedy related in Hollyoowd and im so sick of it. Smith couldve given any other unknown star the chance to shine like he has in the past. I always thought James Roday from the hit USA show psych wouldve been perfect for the part of Zack. He is way too underrated and underused. I acutually dont mind Elizabeth Banks, cuz shes proved she can have a career without Apatow or any of the Apatow crew, but the problem with her is she was too good looking to play the part. I think Zooey Deschanel wouldve been alot better. Shes pretty and allm, but she can pull off being unattractive or undesirable alot better.
Most women dont bring you lasagna at work. They usually just cheat on you.
WTF is the point of this post other than to hate on "Apatow Movies". I'm glad that you can now classify any attempt at humor and drama as an "Apatow Movie", but people have been doing this for a long time, long before Judd Apatow. How about letting actors who can act, act, and judging them by their current performance, not past performances.
On a side note, Zooey Deschanel is every bit as attractive as Elizabeth Banks, not that it matters for this role or discussion.
