Lots of men, gay/straight, and women, lesbian/straight, like to get fisted. Jason doesn't have to be a lesbian to like getting fisted, and even if Jason does like to get fisted doesn't mean he's a lesbian.
As I said before, it could go either way or even both ways.
I doubt this movie was made with a sequel in mind. It was simply taking a part of the Dracula story and making it as a separate one altogether.
