The wedding dress was tacky and over the top

OK, the dress itself wasn't so bad. But just her entire look for that wedding, especially the stupid bird in her hair. It was just so tacky and made it look more like a circus than a wedding. I actually liked her white business suit that she was originally going to use as a wedding dress better - it was more simple and fit what Big and Carrie really wanted and ultimately ended up doing anyway.

The whole look was a horror.

Awful. I don't care it's in fashion, it looked completely ridiculous.

I wish she would've done her hair like how she did in the photo shoot. She wore that same dress in the shoot, but her hair was down and wavy. It looked really pretty.

The overall look was Bride of Frankenstein. I don't understand why they decided Carrie needed to wear red lipstick to her wedding when she had never worn red lipstick in her life. The red lips paired with the extremely pale foundation and the updo with the bird made her look like a horror. And worse yet, it made her look really old.

Agreed! Although the Carolina Herrera gown was my least favorite of all the wedding dresses (and it wasn't that bad, just really nothing special), the styling was all wrong. It would have looked so much more beautiful with softer hair and styling.

The Oscar de la Renta gown, the lace sheath with the low chignon, was the most gorgeous, imo. Even the short, layered 20's inspired dress was sweet, and Carrie would have totally rocked it!

But I loved the suit that she wore in the end. It totally fit the whole vibe they were trying to go for.

I thought Carrie's suit outfit was nice.
