Cute Little Moments...
I know, I know, this movie gets a lot of flack. And it's not perfect, by any means. But, it's like a cupcake with really sweet icing: fun sometimes, if you don't take it too far. I have a soft spot for it, for sure.
Anyway, there are quite a few cute moments in this movie, mostly not having to do with the 4 main characters. Here are some of my favorites:
When Carrie's talking to Samantha on the phone (Sam is trying to avoid temptation in the form of her gorgeous neighbor), she's in a book store, and replaces the book on display with one of her books!
When Louise is helping Carrie with boxes in her apartment, she leans over, and the moving guy admires her cleavage. She gives him the side-eye and says "Ain't nothing in there for you"!
Brady, in any scene. That kid is so cute! My favorite is before Carrie's (first) wedding, when Magda is standing with the kids at the top of the stairs, and Miranda arrives. Brady gives her the hugest smile!
Stanford's blinged-out suit for Carrie's (first) wedding, complete with satiny pink shirt and tie. It was over the top, even for him!
I'm sure other will come to me.
