Jesus. Worse than a soap opera. The cinematography during those scenes was poor, too. Did the director put someone else in charge on those days?
shareThey were probably extras. And considering the real people at the office in 2000 screaming 'He stole a ballot!' were also acting when screaming it, having poor 'acting' in that scene just makes it all the more realistic.
