Why didn't she report a rape to police?
I don't get it. She was gang-raped in her own house, and she knows perpetrators. They will be sentenced for decades easily. By not reporting, these criminals will commit same crimes against other women.

you are a moron. No one 'enjoys' being raped. She said no repeatedly, tried to fight him off physically before she gave up. Rape is rape.
shareI think it was absolutely a rape, but considering she was religious, she might have considered the attack as some sort of punishment by God for the flashing incident, and she felt guilty about it?
shareLess than 1/3 of rapes are reported to police in the US. The cause of this is complicated, some of the underlying reasons are well known, you can find a ton of info online.
I assume there are many factors here, plus the "liked it" confusion with Charlie.
Also, the average prison time for rape is less than a decade for the small percentage of rapists that actually get convicted. Probably two of the reasons for the under-reporting.

The mere fact that she "liked it" means that the sexual act was NOT a rape!
I don't know what you saw, but there was no way someone could look at that scene and say she enjoyed any part of that rape. She was scared as he threatened her and told her not to move. Any involuntary movement or even if she had an orgasm (which someone can't control) does not change the fact that it was rape. You're actually a sick person if you think what Charlie did does not constitute as rape

IF somebody abducted you and held you prisoner in a way that you could absolutely not escape, but said abductor made you laugh sometimes, or gave you food that you enjoyed, are you no longer a prisoner? Is it no longer a crime?
If the abductor were someone you had been friendly with, flirted with or hooked up with, is it THEN no longer a crime? Is the act now acceptable and did you provoke it? Does this mean the abductor had no free will - did not choose to abduct you, knowing it was wrong?
If you flirt with someone, they're not given a free pass to violate you
if you have sex with someone, that doesn't mean they can again whenever they want, against your wishes. Because your body is your own and slavery is illegal fyi.
Because she lives in a hick town where the law would likely take a "you were asking for it" stance.
shareIt was acted poorly. You should watch the original then you'll get why she didn't report it. ;)
