moderately entertaining but not that enjoyable...

unlikable characters and kind of depressing. im on episode 8 of 10, almost don't feel like finishing. The characters are douchebags... reminds me of some but not all military people ive known. but they are "fighting for our freedom"(wink wink) so I guess i have to support them right?

That's the whole idea of the programme, the marines joking about them being "liberators" fighting for freedom. Most of the marines have little faith in what their doing.

they didnt make any characters very likable though, i just have mixed feeling about what i saw, i kind of see why they made it how they did, but one really cool/likable/just character wouldve been nice..

I thought most of the characters were likable and very sympathetic. Are you sure you weren't watching a Rob Zombie movie?

cuss words dont bother me, but the way they use them is realistic i guess however doesnt add to the charm of the series. it is supposed to be like a documentary but i just didnt enjoy it that much but i dont think it was made to be purely enjoyed, id rather just watch a real documentary on the marines in the war and learn what i can and get it done with, i still have 2 episodes left but have no plans to finish the series...

Shock horror - soldiers swear. Who knew?

It's a movie, not a documentary.

You didn't like it, grats. Vote and move on.

Maybe you're just suposed to watch it. If you like it, fine. If not, wow, great.

The series isn't a work of fiction.

This series was so bro, bro. Almost can't stand it bro. The bro-est of the bro, bro.

You're on episode 8 of 10 on a show that has 7 episodes. I'm confused.

Glad you pointed this out because that's exactly what I was about to say.

Seems like the OP is talking about a different series altogether, or grasped GK so poorly that he couldn't even count the eps.
